These terms cover your use of the Toolnookz website (www.toolnookz.com) and the Android apps we publish on Google Play. By using them you agree to these terms.

Using the apps

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use our apps on devices you own or control. Please do not copy, modify, reverse engineer or resell the apps, or use them for anything unlawful.

Your content

Content you enter stays on your device and remains yours. You are responsible for keeping backups of anything important. See each app's privacy policy for details.

Ads and purchases

Some apps show ads and offer an optional premium upgrade. Purchases are processed by Google Play and are subject to its terms and refund policies.

No warranty

The apps and website are provided "as is". Our calculators and trackers are for convenience, not professional financial, medical, legal or safety advice. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of the apps or from reliance on their results.

Changes

We may update these terms or the apps. Continuing to use them after a change means you accept the updated terms.
